Subscription Terms

A ShareDroid purchase is a subscription for access to the hosted service. It is not a sale of software, source code, or a perpetual licence.

1. Subscription access

Paid access is provided for the selected subscription term and licence quantity. Your right to use ShareDroid continues only while the subscription is active, paid, and compliant with the Terms of Service.

2. Licences

Device licences control how many Android devices may be actively enrolled or managed under a customer tenant. You must buy enough licences for your enrolled estate and must not attempt to bypass licence checks.

3. Renewals

Unless the checkout or order states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal fees are charged using the payment method or invoice process agreed at checkout.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the checkout provider, billing page, or written cancellation process we provide. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund fees already paid unless we expressly agree or applicable law requires it.

5. Non-payment

If payment fails, is reversed, or remains overdue, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access. We may keep tenant data for a limited retention period to allow recovery, unless deletion is requested or required.

6. Price and tax

Prices may be shown before tax. You are responsible for applicable VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, bank charges, and similar charges unless the checkout provider calculates and collects them.

7. Trials and manual review

Trial, beta, free, or manually reviewed licences may be limited, withdrawn, or changed. We may reject a purchase or licence request where we cannot verify the customer, billing, compliance, or intended use.

8. Termination for operational reasons

We may discontinue ShareDroid or a material feature. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice and may provide export or transition options. We may terminate immediately where required for security, legal, abuse, or platform integrity reasons.
