Acceptable Use Policy

1. Authorised use only

You may use ShareDroid only for lawful business device management, shared-device identity, and related administration.

2. Prohibited use

• No unauthorised monitoring, credential capture, biometric processing, or device control.
• No use on personal devices unless lawful, transparent, and authorised by the device owner and organisation.
• No bypassing licence limits, security controls, tenant isolation, audit logging, or access controls.
• No malware, phishing, unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or abuse.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, stress testing, or penetration testing without written permission.

3. Credentials and app profiles

App-profile sign-in features must be used only for accounts, applications, and users that the customer is authorised to manage. Customers must provide clear user notices and suitable controls for any managed password or autofill-style workflow.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached or where continued use creates legal, security, platform, or user-safety risk.
